Henry Moore tickets

I ordered tickets online but haven't got a clue whether they're being sent to me or whether I just go to the entrance of the exhibition and go in??

I've tried emailing back but the email keeps bouncing and apparently Inge Cajot's email is no longer working...

Can someone just let me know what's going on? I'm due to go on this tour on Saturday...
