Belgique is a chain of Belgian food shops. There are currently 9 branches with a further three to open. the current locations are either Belgique Boutiques or Tearooms. The next three sites will be Belgique Brasseries. We already serve over 6000 customers a week and due to the demand from customers for good quality Belgian food we've decided to expand into Brasserie.The next location to open is a top location on the river Thames in Canary Wharf.
It is for this expansion that we are seeking a head chef/npd chef. You will responsible for the design of new menu's, mise en place training in the central ktichen, consistency throughout the branches, profit margin, etc.. You will be rapporting directly to the MD.
You have several years experience in the Belgian food circuit. You are committed to a growing exciting concept. You fit in perfectly in a young dynamic team. Salaries will be discussed on an indvidual basis based on experience and circumstances.
